Fitness for Health
There are many things I enjoy doing in my life, but one big part of is keeping fit and healthy.
I have a daily routine of running and cycling.
This morning in the early hours I ran 12.2 kilometers around the area where I live, although it took 1.22 hours as the neighbour's three dogs escaped from their compound and I ran after them ðĪĢ. They're safe and back at their home now.
I also spend some time in the gym, working out with weights and the treadmill, followed by a good few laps in the swimming pool.
After my morning run, I often go cycling and take my lovely pet dog, Panda, with me. She has a basket at the front and loves the rides.
I also join organised fun runs when I can; they're very popular in Thailand with events every weekend. The picture at the top was taken after finishing in the top 5 of a charity 10km run last year in Nonthaburi city.
In February I hope to be doing my first 15km trail run (through forest tracks on hilly ground) in the famous Khao Yai National Park.
If you take a look at my YouTube channel there's a video of me taking part in a run. It's called "I Came 2nd to an 8 Year Old", and yes I did!
